Evidence suggests that foods can help conquer moodiness and more serious mood problems such as anxiety and depression.

In this class, we will review the nutrition research studies revealing a dramatic improvement in depression and hostility scores, along with physical benefits, with a plant-based diet. 


Food For Life instructor Jill Erickson will demonstrate mood-boosting recipes to easily make at home.
