Foods that Fight Diabetes explains why a plant-based diet is effective in helping to manage diabetes and attain a healthy weight. A low-fat, plant-based approach offers a new tool that many have found to be very useful. We will review the latest science behind this approach as it relates to diabetes, and you will have time to identify some simple ideas for getting started with foods you already know.
