During this class we will discuss the science of cancer, cancer growth and how diet should factor in. You will learn how to prepare cancer-fighting meals loaded with antioxidants and phytochemicals, high-fiber and low-fat foods, and healthy dairy alternatives. The series also provides information on planning meals and maintaining a healthy weight.

We will meet each Thursday from 6-8pm from June 24-August 5th. Each class will have some discussion, a short video and a mini-cooking class (optional activity)
