Looking for more than just an online cooking class about what to prepare while at home during COVID?

What if there were a class that explained the important role of food in fighting the diseases commonly linked to poor COVID-19 outcomes, including diabetes, heart disease, and obesity, plus taught you just how to prepare those foods in delicious meals?

The goal of this class is to a) create a foundation for understanding how food choices impact our health and b) show you how to implement that knowledge.

Knowledge about nutrition is essential to optimal health, but there are many myths and misconceptions about this critical topic. Join in a discussion about how to choose foods to promote health and how to avoid foods that hinder health. You will learn about the components of food (carbs, fats, protein, vitamins, and minerals) and how they either prevent or contribute to chronic diseases including diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. There will be plenty of Q&A!

Join me in my kitchen as I deliver an interactive, educational, and empowering cooking class that delivers all of this and more. If you or someone you know has diabetes, heart disease, chronic lung disease, cancer, or obesity, you cannot miss this class.
