COOKING TO COMBAT COVID-19
While we cannot prevent or cure COVID-19 with the foods we eat, a plant-based diet does help us to improve health overall, boost our immunity, and decrease the risks of chronic health conditions. This six-class series in three parts focuses on how a plant-based diet can reduce the risks of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and being overweight.
All classes are two hours in length and include a cooking demonstration with three recipes. You will receive all recipes and other educational materials via email. Take one or more pairs of classes (June 1-2, 8-9, 15-16), to suit your interests or enroll in the entire series for the best value.
