Food for Life: Cancer Project is a 4-class nutrition and cooking series designed by the Physicians Committee of Responsible Medicine, which covers a variety of cancer-related nutrition topics and demonstrates how to prepare meals loaded with disease-fighting antioxidants and phytochemicals. The series also provides information on planning meals and maintaining a healthy weight.

Each 2-hour class consists of a short video from Dr. Neal Barnard followed by a discussion and a cooking demonstration with 3 tasty dishes for you to try. The recipes will be provided for you to take home.
 

This class is fun, interactive, and includes a textbook, The Cancer Survivor's Guide: Foods that Help You Fight Back ($20 value).
