Join our 5-week HEALTHY BASICS class series to learn the power of plant foods to optimize your health!
Each week we'll cover a major health topic, enjoy a cooking demonstration with heavy sampling (come a bit hungry), and discuss how what "runs in the family" is not so much heart disease, cancer or diabetes, but THE FOOD. You'll see and sample delicious, simple recipes that you can easily duplicate at home, and leave classes empowered to take back your health. Come, and bring friends and family who may suffer from heart disease, diabetes, cancer, overweight (any chronic conditions).

$15 per person per class, or $70 for the 5-week series.
REGISTER IN ADVANCE via PayPal (beth.perera [at] gmail.com) or cash at least 48 hours prior to the class at the New Portland Community Library.

Week 2, diabetes: What The Health

Week 3, Cancer: Eating You Alive
Week 4, healthy weight: Diet Fiction
