Come and enjoy great tasting, healthy food and learn how easy it is to prepare. Learn about the amazing power of food and how to make choices that delight your palate and give health! You will receive educational resources, recipes, and get to sample new dishes in each class. Come hungry! Your donation at any level is welcome; suggested $120 for the series or $35 per class. Attending the whole series is best. Any money past covering materials and food will go to Peaceful Planet Foundation.
