Kickstart Intensive. Oct. 4-6 Register Now.We just released the Kickstart Intensive agenda, and seats are filling up. There is not much time left to register for the program that starts Oct. 4 in Washington, D.C. I already gave you a sneak peek of how this program will help you lose weight, get healthy, and test drive a vegan diet. And I hope you had a chance to watch the brief videos from Michael Greger, M.D., and Chef Christine Waltermyer, two of the presenters. Now, take a look at the intense three-day agenda below. It’s packed with nutrition lectures from health care professionals, cooking demonstrations by chefs and cookbook authors, and even a health tracker station.
