PCRM to Celebrate 20th Anniversary on April 16 in D.C.

Join actor Alec Baldwin, singer Emmylou Harris, and some of the country’s leading physicians at the Art of Compassion, PCRM’s gala 20th anniversary celebration. This special event will be held on Saturday, April 16, at the elegant Organization of American States building on the Mall in Washington, D.C.

The evening will feature gourmet fare prepared by top vegan chefs, celebrity entertainment, a live auction, and an exciting program highlighting 20 years of PCRM accomplishments. PCRM will present three awards that evening, including the Benjamin Spock Award for Compassion in Medicine, the Henry J. Heimlich Award for Innovative Medicine, and the Art of Compassion Award.

PCRM is also hosting a morning of free educational programs for gala guests. Choose between a vegan cooking class, a media training, a networking luncheon for physicians, and an exhibit of alternatives to animal experiments. Or attend all of them!
