Led two class-action lawsuits against the dairy industry, and is leading lawsuits against the Atkins Diet empire and the drug company Merck. Involved in several lawsuits against the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s High Production Volume program, which kills tens of thousands of animals each year in cruel experiments. A member of the New York and New Jersey Bars.
