Bob Harper Shares Nutrition Tips During 21-Day Vegan Kickstart
Need some support to stick to your New Year’s weight-loss resolution? Fitness and nutrition expert Bob Harper will share his tips during this month’s 21-Day Vegan Kickstart.
“You are about to take charge of your life, and I am here to give you the inspiration, the encouragement, and the tools to make it happen,” says Harper, who transitioned from a vegetarian to vegan diet last year.
He also shares a few of his favorite recipes—including Macaroni and Not Cheese and Raise-the-Roof Sweet Potato Vegetable Lasagna—from fellow Kickstart coach Rip Esselstyn’s book The Engine 2 Diet.
