Agustina Saenz, M.D., M.P.H.
Agustina Saenz, M.D., M.P.H., is the director of nutrition education and policy at the nonprofit Physicians Committee, and looks forward to using her background in internal medicine, public health, and health policy, to positively influence population-wide health outcomes in America.
Dr. Saenz is a graduate of the medical school at the Universidad de Buenos Aires in Argentina and earned a Master of Public Health degree, with a concentration in health policy, from the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health. While at Harvard, Dr. Saenz co-founded a student organization called Plant Power Project Student Society, with a mission to stimulate robust dialogue, create greater awareness, and foster a sustainable food community through the promotion of plant-based eating patterns.
Before she embarked in a career in public health and health policy, Dr. Saenz worked as a hospitalist at the North Shore Medical Center, the Cambridge Health Alliance, and Einstein Healthcare Network.
