Supports PCRM’s advocacy litigation, and helps originate litigation to promote plant-based diets, as well as alternatives to the use of animals in experiments and education. Involved in several groundbreaking cases, including lawsuits against national restaurant chains and the drug company Merck.

Senior counsel. Assists the director of legal affairs with PCRM’s efforts to use the legal system to promote vegan diets and alternatives to the use of animals in medical research and education. Caseload has included lawsuits against restaurant chains for failing to warn consumers of carcinogens in grilled chicken products and a consumer protection suit against processed meat manufacturers.
