Colin Schwartz, M.P.P.
Colin Schwartz, M.P.P., is the director of government affairs for the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting preventive medicine, especially better nutrition, and higher standards in research and medical education.
In this role, Colin leads the Physicians Committee's legislative activities, working closely with Congress, the presidential administration and the federal agencies, in addition to state and local government, and other stakeholders. He is personally invested in the organization – the Physicians Committee’s work on plant-based nutrition helped Colin adopt a vegan diet.
He received his Masters of Public Policy (M.P.P.) from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
