Dr. Barnard's Movie Recommendation: Forks Over Knives
May 19, 2011

I have a healthy recommendation for you, and you’ll find it at your local movie theater. No, I’m not talking about the cancer-inducing hot dogs, butteredpopcorn, or soda. Many theaters across the country are now serving up the new filmForks Over Knives, which dissects the many intriguing links between food and health.

The film traces the personal journeys of pioneering researchers T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D., and Caldwell Esselstyn, M.D., both long-time members of PCRM’s Advisory Board and coaches for PCRM’s 21-Day Vegan Kickstart.

You can find show times for Forks Over Knives at www.ForksOverKnives.com. Check it out this weekend!
