PCRM’S 20TH ANNIVERSARY
The Art of Compassion: Celebrating 20 Years of Responsible
Medicine
On April 16, hundreds of PCRM members joined a host of celebrities
and some of America’s most esteemed physicians in Washington, D.C.,
for a whirlwind of activities marking the organization’s
20th anniversary. Daytime events included a media training session
for PCRM spokespersons, a science and technology exhibit highlighting
advances in nonanimal research, and several vegan cooking classes.
The evening featured a gala celebration, dinner, and program at
the elegant Organization of American States building.
