We’ll be encouraging you to make your own lunch salad bowl four times over the course of the Kickstart. Making your own salads means you get to load them up with exactly what you want!

TOPPINGS:

Load up on as many fruits and veggies as you want! Get creative and challenge yourself to add more than five colors to your bowl. Think outside of the box by adding legumes like lentils or a whole grain like quinoa, which are rich in nutrients and fiber to keep you full longer.

DRESSING:

You can use store-bought salad dressings, but making your own can often be cheaper and it’s fun to craft your own flavor. Here are our favorite oil-free dressings for you to try out:
