Average Weight Loss?

For a person that sticks to the 21 day challenge without cheating, and gets in moderate amount of exercise, what is the average number of pounds lost? Just an average?

We don't keep a record of each person's weight loss for this program, but a healthy amount of weight loss is anywhere from a 1/2 pound to 2 pounds a week. There are many factors as to why that may be more or less including diet, exercise, current weight status, etc. For example, someone who has a lot more to lose in the beginning may lose weight a little faster (i.e. 3 pounds a week).
