We don't keep a record of each person's weight loss for this program, but a healthy amount of weight loss is anywhere from a 1/2 pound to 2 pounds a week. There are many factors as to why that may be more or less including diet, exercise, current weight status, etc. For example, someone who has a lot more to lose in the beginning may lose weight a little faster (i.e. 3 pounds a week).
