I'm new, can't wait!

I am 15 lbs over weight. Well, more like 20. I only exercise just a little bit because of the lousy weather where I live. I have tried Weight Watchers, Dukan, Atkins, and 4 Hour Body. In every case I was eating a lot of meat. I am feeling tired. Run down. My clothes don't fit.

This weekend I bought two books, one on going vegan, the other a cook book. I started today with vegan. I am really excited. Nice to meet you all!!!
