There are a number of cereals

There are a number of cereals that are vegan, low in fat, and high in fiber. Here's a few that I know of:

Kelloggs All Bran
Giant Bran Flakes
Cheerios - plain and whole grain
Grapenuts
Veganic ancient flakes
Fiber One
Muesli
Engine 2 Cereals
Kashi Corn Cereal or Whole Wheat Biscuits

The nondairy milk choice is up to you and what you like! Almond milk works well, but so do rice, soy, and flax milk!

Hope that helps!

I too got just a bit tired of oatmeal. I loved the Artichoke Lentil Stew. One day I just didn't want "sweet" for breakfast so I made some grits. I topped the grits with the stew and a big ole shake of nutritional yeast. It was great!

Bobs Red Mill has a great assortment of hot breakfast cereals that are whole grain. I have really liked every one that I have tried so far. I recommend them, if its not inappropriate to do so here. I love many of their products.

low sugar, low fat, high fiber cereal:
Grapenuts
Uncle Sam's (usually on a high or low shelf in the cereal aisle --- not at eye level)
Kroger Shredded Wheat (small, flat squares of shredded wheat)
