One of the best things about this way of eating as that you can eat as much as you want of these healthful foods. Don't limit yourself to single portions - or even double if you're still hungry! Fill up on the fiber and you won't be hungry while also holding cravings at bay. Then, as you see the pounds start to come off (or cholesterol drop, blood pressure go down, blood sugars come under control, etc.), you'll see why healthful eating is so amazing!
I was wondering if anybody else has encountered feeling hungry often? Am I suppose to feel full after my meals? Should I be eating more then the one snack stated? I am starting to physically feel like my body is craving animal products to feel full. Help!
