How many credits will I earn?

Physicians, dietitians, and nurses are accredited for 15 credits.

Are discounts available?

Reduced registration is available for fellows, residents, students, and Food for Life instructors. If you are a Food for Life instructor, please e-mail request@fflclasses.org for separate registration information.

Who is the audience for the conference?

Our target audience are physicians, dietitians, and nurses. This is a great conference for internal medicine and family physicians as well as those involved in preventive medicine and integrative medicine. We often have many different healthcare professionals attending as well as health coaches, chefs, and even some laypeople.

Can my spouse or significant other attend?

Yes, but registration is the same fee for all attendees.

Can I just come for one day?

While you may attend for only one day, we do not offer a single-day rate. Full registration payment is required for all attendees.

Can my employer send a check?

Yes. Please have your employer fill out and print the online registration page. Checks can be made payable to Physicians Committee. Mail registration form to arrive by July 14 to:

How can I get my employer to reimburse me?

Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail receipt. That has everything you need for your employer.

How much is parking at the hotel?

The Grand Hyatt offers both valet and self-parking. Cost is available here. There are other parking lots around the hotel that might offer competitive pricing.

Are meals included?

Yes, breakfast and lunch buffets are provided both Friday and Saturday. Dining out suggestions will be available in the program booklet provided at registration and can be found here. All meals served at the program will be plant-based. A variety of foods will be available to meet differing preferences and needs such as gluten-free options.

What is the dress code for the conference?

There is no dress code. Typically attendees wear business casual. Wear warm clothing, as it’s cold in the hotel ballroom. For the exercise session, comfortable or exercise-appropriate clothing is suggested.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds, less a $20 service fee, will be given if written cancellation is received via e-mail by June 30, 2017. Cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail to jeckart@pcrm.org.

No refunds will be given after June 30, 2017.

Registration is transferable until July 15, 2017. To do so, please e-mail your request to jeckart@pcrm.org.
