Fat-free Pie Crust

Makes one 9-inch crust

This crust is slightly sweet and chewy. It is much lower in fat and easier to prepare than traditional crumb crusts.

1 cup Grape-Nuts cereal
1/4 cup apple juice concentrate (undiluted)

Preheat oven to 350oF. Mix Grape-Nuts and apple juice concentrate and pat into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes. Cool before filling.

Per serving (1/8th of crust): 63 calories; 2 g protein; 15 g carbohydrate; 0.08 g fat; 1 g fiber; 97 mg sodium; calories from protein: 10%; calories from carbohydrates: 89%; calories from fats: 1%
