Cranberry Apple Tea
Makes 6 cups

This tea is delicious hot or iced. A perfect blend of sweet, tart, and spicy flavors, it is made with Cranberry Cove Tea, a Celestial Seasonings product available in supermarkets and natural food stores.

4-1/2 cups boiling water
8 Cranberry Cove Tea bags
1 12-ounce can apple juice concentrate
orange or lemon slices for serving (optional)

Combine water and tea bags in a large pot. Steep at least fifteen minutes.
Remove tea bags and add apple juice concentrate. Stir to mix.
For a hot beverage, heat until steamy. If desired, add a few orange or lemon slices as a garnish before serving.
For a cold beverage, chill thoroughly, then serve over ice. Garnish with orange or lemon slices if desired.

Per 1-cup serving: 96 calories; 0.2 g protein; 24 g carbohydrate; 0.2 g fat; 0.2 g fiber; 14 mg sodium; calories from protein: 1%; calories from carbohydrates: 98%; calories from fats: 1%
