Chicago-based Food for Life instructor Nancy Rodriguez, R.N., B.S.N., C.D.E., has been chosen as the recipient of the joint PCRM/AADE Foundation Scholarship. This scholarship provides funds to a diabetes educator who is using a plant-based diet in practice and allows them to attend the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE) annual meeting.
