FIND A CLASS
Ana completely immersed herself in learning about plant-based foods and cooking after she and her husband watched Forks over Knives. Building upon her master’s degree in Health Education from East Carolina University, Ana has been learning nonstop about the relationship between food and health. She became certified in plant based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at eCornell and has learned plant-based cooking techniques through the Forks over Knives Plant Based Cooking Certificate from the Rouxbe Cooking School. Ana loves learning new information and she is amazed to see peer-reviewed research piling on the evidence of the benefits of plant-based foods on our health.
