Brian went plant-based in 2012. After attending an Engine 2 retreat, he cut out processed foods. Using his knowledge gained from completing the Plant-Based Nutrition Program through Cornell University and reading The China Study, Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease, and The Starch Solution, Brian started educating his friends by taking them shopping, teaching them how to read food labels, and hosting a monthly plant-based potluck. Brian has a desire to help people live healthier lives and shares his knowledge in his Food for Life classes.
