Claire Brown has worked in the food service industry, including management and culinary, for more than 20 years. Through the Food for Life curriculum, she combines a life-long love of learning with her culinary skills to teach others about the amazing health benefits of a plant-based diet. Her credentials include a certification in plant-based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and professional plant-based certification through Rouxbe Cooking School. She is also working toward a certification in wellness coaching through the Mayo Clinic. Claire's goal is to reach out through individuals, small-business, corporate, and private venues to inspire and support a sustainable plant-based lifestyle both locally and globally.
