Myra worked in the corporate world 30 years, but has always been passionate about nutrition and cooking. Vegetarian since college, Myra became vegan due to a malignant melanoma and other health issues. A whole-foods, plant-based diet helped her lose 25 pounds and reverse her health issues.
Myra’s passion led her to leave the corporate world and seek a way to pass on her knowledge to empower people to take control of their health! She sought out The Food for Life instructor program, and when she was accepted, she felt her life’s purpose and her dream had come true! She has a certificate in plant based nutrition from Cornell and a Bachelor of Science from University of Florida.
