The entire program will take place at the Grand Hyatt Washington. There is a negotiated room rate at the hotel for $219/night. Make your reservation early, as we anticipate the room block filling up.

The Grand Hyatt Washington is located at 1000 H St., N.W., Washington, DC 20001, and is conveniently connected to the Metro Center Metro station. If you are taking the subway, exit at Metro Center on the red line and follow the 11th Street exit to the lobby of the Grand Hyatt. For transportation options and directions, please click here.
A breakfast and lunch buffet on Friday, July 18, and Saturday, July 19, is included in the program. Dinner is on your own, but dining out suggestions will be available at registration. All meals provided at the program will be plant-based. A variety of foods will be available to meet differing preferences and needs such as gluten-free options.
Friday Evening Poster Reception
The reception will begin immediately after the last session on Friday. This informal event will feature poster presentations and the opportunity to network with speakers, PCRM Food for Life Instructors that teach classes in locations across the country, and other program attendees. There will be a cash bar and complimentary hors d’oeuvres.
If you need to cancel your registration, please keep in mind the following dates:
- June 18, 2014: Last day for a 100 percent refund
- July 3, 2014: Last day for a partial refund of 50 percent
- After July 3: No refunds given after July 3; registrant is responsible for entire registration
