Hotel/Program Location
The entire program will take place at the Grand Hyatt Washington. There is a negotiated room rate at the hotel for $159/night. Make your reservation early, as we anticipate the room block filling up.
The Grand Hyatt Washington is located at 1000 H St. N.W., Washington, DC 20001, and is conveniently connected to the Metro Center train station. If you are taking the subway, exit at Metro Center on the red line and follow the 11th St. exit to the lobby of the Grand Hyatt. For transportation options and directions, please click here.
Meals
A breakfast and lunch buffet on Friday, July 19, and Saturday, July 20, is included in the program. Dinner is on your own, but dining out suggestions will be available at registration. All meals provided at the program will be plant-based. Please let us know as soon as you can if you have dietary restrictions.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please keep in mind the following dates:
- June 19, 2013: Last day for a 100 percent refund
- July 8, 2013: Last day for a partial refund of 50 percent
- After July 8: No refunds given after July 8, registrant is responsible for entire registration
