Quick Vegetable Ramen
(Serves 2)
1 package vegetarian ramen soup
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 green onion, sliced
Follow the package instructions for cooking ramen. Add the broccoli
to the boiling water along with the noodles. Stir in the sliced
green onion just before serving.
