Tempeh Broccoli Sauté
(Serves 4)
10-ounce package tempeh, cubed
2 stalks broccoli, chopped
1 small onion, minced
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons tamari or soy sauce (optional)
Sauté cubed tempeh, broccoli, and onion in oil over medium-high
heat until tempeh is lightly browned. Add soy sauce at last moment.
Serve with brown rice.
