"Eat This, Not That" to Defeat Type 2 Diabetes

Barnard Medical Center’s dietitian, Maggie Neola, R.D., dishes out a few tips to show you how to make your meals work for you, stabilize blood sugar, and boost insulin function.

The comparison is one like that of those who choose to keep smoking (although that is much more expensive than it was) ; once, we had referred to cigarettes as 'coffin nails'...it's their funeral!
