May 22: Nutrition, Diabetes and You - Dr. Barbara Wasserman, a PCRM physician member, will present a free lecture on diet and diabetes at Howard County General Hospital. Following her presentation, Certified Health Counselor Jill Eckart will give a cooking demonstration. Attendees will be offered free samples!

The event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Howard County General Hospital Wellness Center, 11055 Little Patuxent Parkway, Suite L –9, Columbia, MD 21044.
