John Salley

Four-time NBA champion John Salley is the first person in history to win four championship rings with three different teams. He previously played for the Detroit Pistons, the Chicago Bulls, and the Los Angeles Lakers.

Salley is now lobbying Congress to reform the Child Nutrition Act to provide students healthy lunch options. In letters to members of Congress and on Capitol Hill, he’s asking lawmakers to reform the Child Nutrition Act to help schools offer more fruits, vegetables, and healthful vegetarian foods that would reverse America’s obesity epidemic and other diet-related diseases that stress our health care system.
